Partner Stretches


Each stretch is performed twice, hold the first stretch for about 15 seconds and the second for about 20 seconds.


Exercise 1



Exercise 1

One partner stands with their back to the wall, while the other slowly lifts their leg as far as possible. Make sure that the leg is straight, and that the knee is not bent. Lower the leg slowly bending the knee.

 

 

Exercise 2

Exercise 2

Put your arm up in to the air, bend towards your back and push down at the top of your with your other hand. Do the same with your other arm and repeat once more on each side.

 

Exercise 3

Exercise 3

Place one hand on the wall, turn your body to 90 degrees keeping the arm straight. Change arms repeating the exercise and then do once more on each side.
