1 Step Sparring is the most complex form of step sparring involving movements which are not pre-set, unlike the 2 and 3 step sparring. Techniques performed on one side must be mirrored on the other.

Semi-Free Sparring

Semi-Free Sparring introduces the student to free sparring type movements whilst maintaining a step sparring format. Movements should be instinctive and performed with technique and precision in order to develop more advanced attack and defence techniques.
