Competition – Sunday 11 October 2009
Please find below details of next week’s trip to Guise London International Open TaeKwonDo competition. Whether you are taking part in the competition, or coming along to give moral support to your fellow students we all need to travel in together on the day.
We will meet at: Dartford Railway Station (by the ticket counter)
When: 0700 hrs on Sunday 11 October 2009
Travelling to: Baker Street, London (the journey will take about an hour)
If you are competing, please remember to bring all your sparring equipment and licence with you the day. Without a licence you will not be able to compete and these will be checked on the day!
Sparring equipment should consist of Hands, Feet, Head guard, shins and groin guard-gum shield optional.
As the club is competing, there will be no lesson next Sunday. Please remember that you can take any other lesson during the month as your free lesson to make up for the missed lesson.
The organisers have confirmed that the sparring will be light continuous and not point stop.
Please remember to take down the mobile number on this newsletter and ensure that you have given us an up to date contact telephone number for you, in the event of you having problems getting to the station on the day.
Training Equipment
Please remember that sparring/protective equipment is recommended and available from us. Please remember that by the time you take your green belt, you will need full sparring equipment. Please let us know if you need a catalogue, we can provide a printed version or email you a PDF.
